 Quality of our solutions is guaranteed by the implemented Quality Assurance System fulfilling the requirements of DIN EN ISP 9001:2008 standard in the scope of:

  • Designing, developing software, completing deliveries, assembling, starting-up, and servicing computerized process control and manufacturing execution systems.

  • Manufacturing of software for process visualization and management.

The QA system audit has been performed and the certificate issued by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.


Documents used in offer preparing, designing, completing deliveries, starting-up, and servicing the systems deployed on the objects are based on some unified MS Word or MS Excel forms, stored on the company server and accessible via intranet to all employees. The forms include templates for faxes, letterheads, offers, contracts, orders, assignments, order confirmations, commissioning reports, receipts, user manuals. Design documentation for any process control/automate system is developed according to some established guidelines concerning contents, layout and format. The documentation, correspondence, as well as trade documents are stored on the company server disks in separate folders representing individual contracts. Each task to-be-accomplished on the basis of a reached contract or an issued assignment is assigned a person-in-charge. This manager must have suitable professional experience. He/she is responsible for proper and full accomplishment of the task according to the budget allocated within the contract and within the scheduled timetable.


ASKOM workflow system has been practically well proven. The company was accepted as a subcontractor to accomplish process control systems by numerous partners holding QA system certificates issued according to the ISO9000:2008 standard.
